Conditions related to shipping

Shipping is free on most orders over $199* within Canada, excluding Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. Some products of irregular size and weight, or for other reasons, may not qualify for free shipping.

Any purchase made on HIFIPRO.CA constitutes a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title to your order transfer to you upon pickup by the carrier. A minimum purchase of CA$20.00 (excluding taxes and shipping charges) is required. Your package will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days with a signature required. If you purchase multiple items, your order will be shipped upon completion. Your purchase will be confirmed by email. No deliveries to PO boxes or outside of North America.

* For free shipping ($199 and over), the amount of free shipping must not exceed 10% of the order amount (before taxes), otherwise you will be notified of the additional amount to be paid. If you refuse, your order will be canceled.

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to the address associated with your credit card or PayPal account.

Shipping will be from either Used Audio or our Shipto fulfillment center.

Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product, you may return it for an exchange or credit (excluding freight, insurance, and customs duties), specifying the reason for the return. A 15% (or more) fee will be applied to all returned orders. The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories, instruction manual, warranty card, etc., a copy of the invoice, and in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number (valid for 14 days). You can submit your request by email. You will be responsible for shipping, insurance, and customs duties (if applicable), as these are non-refundable except in the case of a shipping error or defect (excluding customs duties). In this case, you must return the merchandise within 10 days of your purchase. Your request will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your quote. Damaged packages will be refused. If this is the case, you will need to file a claim with your carrier. Excludes: special orders, all consumables, cartridges, styluses, products requiring assembly or soldering, compact discs, DVDs, software or books (copyright), and headphones (for hygiene reasons), etc.
