The Atoll Electronique IN300 Evolution (EVO) is a high-end, dual-mono integrated amplifier handcrafted in Brecey, Normandy, France. Positioned between the IN200 EVO and the flagship IN400 EVO, the IN300 Evolution refines Atoll’s classic high-current Class A/B architecture with reworked power supplies, premium internal wiring, and modular expansion options.

Core Architecture & Power Supply

  • True Dual-Mono Power Delivery: The audio amplification stages are powered by two separate 440 VA toroidal transformers (one per channel), supplemented by an independent 10 VA transformer dedicated to the digital and display logic.

  • Energy Reservoir: Features a massive capacitor bank of 86,150 µF composed of 12 custom low-ESR capacitors (6,800 µF each) designed specifically for Atoll.

  • Output Stage: Utilizes a triple push-pull MOS-FET design per channel running in Class A/B. These MOS-FET circuits provide low memory effect and strong current delivery, allowing the amp to drive difficult, low-impedance loudspeaker loads with control.
