The Monitor Audio Bronze 50 7G is the entry-level bookshelf speaker in the 7th Generation refresh of Monitor Audio's long-running Bronze series. It is designed as a compact, high-performance standmount monitor that offers an punchy, precise hi-fi sound in a small form factor.

Key Specifications & Upgrades

  • Tweeter: 1-inch C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium/Magnesium) Gold Dome tweeter protected behind an etched, hex-pattern metal grille. Paired with an updated Uniform Dispersion (UD) Waveguide II for wider dispersion and better timing.

  • Mid/Bass Driver: 6-inch C-CAM driver featuring larger voice coils and beefed-up magnet assemblies to handle power smoothly and improve bass response.
  • Build & Aesthetics: Features a real-wood veneered plywood front baffle designed to improve rigidity and damp cabinet resonance. Includes feet trickled down from Monitor Audio's higher-end Silver series.
  • Frequency Response: 41 Hz — 30 kHz (in-room, -6dB).
